4 fully automatic circular foam production lines produce dual-hardness polyurethane cushions with industry-leading formulation and mold design for optimal comfort.

SEWING & UPHOLSTERY

2 fully automatic cutting beds and 60 skilled operators with electronic pattern layout create precision-cut and expertly sewn seat covers.

ASSEMBLY & TESTING

2 programmable and 6 conveyor assembly lines integrate all components. Every seat passes comprehensive durability, vibration, and strength testing before shipping.
